JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 323, 379, 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal.

The complaint petition itself goes to show that it was co-accused Haidar Ali, who transferred the vehicle in question and only general allegation of cheating has been levelled against the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76467 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in Koilwar P. S. Case No. 57 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
