The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dighalbank P. S. Case No. 112 of 2017 dated 13.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of a co-accused person.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery from him and he has clean antecedents.
For the facts stated above, the petitioner, above-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76541 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Dighalbank P. S. Case No. 112 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
