The petitioners seek bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Crl. Misc. No. 64253 of 2019 vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65995 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 07.11.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 64736 of 2019 vide order dated 07.11.2019. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in custody since 13.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2019.
