Case No.118 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 307 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, however, it is pointed out by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already stood acquitted by a judgment dated 11.07.2024, passed by the learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in Sessions Trial No.92 of 2017 (arising out of Madhepur P.S. Case No.118 of 2015). In such view of the matter, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner
