The petitioners seek bail in connection with Trial No. 14 of 2018 arising out of C2 A-42 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 465/468/471/476/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is working as a Supervisor on Contract basis at Tata Steel Jamshedpur since 1999. Petitioner no.2 was permanent employee of Tata Steel Company since 1982. They are permanently settled at Jamshedpur. Title suit no 543 of 2001 was looked after by late Sri Braj Kishore Singh and after his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74119 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 death same was looked after by the uncle of petitioner no.1. The FIR has been lodged by Sub Judge in Title suit no. 543 of 2001 levelling allegation that petitioners in course of argument of aforesaid suit have filed a copy of the final order passed by Deputy Director Consolidation, Vaishali in Appeal case no. 248 of 1996 and aforesaid order was prima facie found to be forged. On the basis of the aforesaid complaint filed by the Sub Judge the instant case has been registered.
Petitioners are in custody since 18.9.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Trial No. 14 of 2018 arising out of C2 A-42 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
