Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case in connection with Amour P.S. Case No.20 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 504 of the IPC.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74330 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that there is case and counter-case between the parties.
