That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order and/or direction to quash the order dated 29.08.2023 passed by the learned Collector, Gopalganj in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 13 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the Collector, Gopalganj has been pleased to confirm the order dated 16.06.2022 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj in Anganbari Appeal Case No. 02 of 2022 and rejected the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
