ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to pay the outstanding due amount to the Certificate Officer and the authority may be directed to receive the same and close the certificate proceedings against the petitioner.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting six weeks' time to the petitioner to pay the certificate amount before the respondent No. 2 herein (i.e., the District Certificate Officer, Mining Jehanabad Division, Jahanabad). In case the petitioner pays the entire certificate

In case the petitioner does not pay the amount as undertaken by him, the authority is free to take necessary action while passing final orders under Section 10 of the Bihar & Orrisa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
