Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in Buxar Nagar P.S.Case No.117 of 2015 registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 307 353, 427, 435 and 325 of I.P.C.

Allegation as per the F.I.R.is that three persons met with an accident due to which large number of persons blocked the road along with other persons named in the F.I.R. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the possession and no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioners and large number of persons have been made accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78923 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,Buxar, Buxar Nagar P.S.Case No.117/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and further condition that the bailors must be of local having sufficient movable and immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
