ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2018 in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who has the moral liability to look after his wife who died within the period of seven years of her marriage, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, dismissed.
