2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 87 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner and victim were in a relationship and they have got married also. He next submits that the victim girl has recently given her statement that the informant and the petitioner have

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court below by way of filing an application regarding the compromise. If such an application is filed then the same shall be considered by the concerned Court below and the factum of compromise shall be verified by the court below from the informant. If the informant supports the factum of compromise then the Court below will release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional investigating officer, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
