1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for removing encroachment from the land bearing MouzaJitpur, Thana No. 136, Khesra No.3907/3843, 4994 has been illegaly encroached Rasta for which petitioner filed application before the Respondents on 10.08.2023.

(ii) For further issue direction to respondents for considering the application of the petitioner dated on 10.08.2023 filed before the Respondents for removing encroachment, same is pending before the respondents for due

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Chhoradano, District-East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
