The petitioners seek regular bail in Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 180/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that Mohan Singh fired on the head of Sintu Kumar Singh (deceased). It is also alleged that petitioners and other accused persons were making firing while the feast was going on, which was protested by son of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted in para 11 of the bail petition that during course of conducting autopsy the Doctor has found only one fire-arm injury on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80791 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 person of deceased, which was wound of entry and exit. Mohan Singh is alleged to be the main assailant according to F.I.R; who has caused fire-arm injury to son of the informant. Learned counsel for the informant appeared and opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 180/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioners.
