ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018 in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case No.301 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 37(b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in drunken state and that the petitioner has already been in custody for over two months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-Excise, Gaya, in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case No.301 of 2018.
