JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2023 passed in CWJC No. 10362 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Turkauliya, District-East Champaran, has already passed the final order on 22.09.2022 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2019-20, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Turkauliya, District-East Champaran, for taking appropriate steps, in accordance with law, for removal of the encroachment in question.
