Petitioner seeks bail in Piprahi P.S. Case No.98 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149,341, 342, 325, 326, 307, 302 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of committing assault with cousin brother of the informant. Specific allegation is against Hemant Rai, Tipu Rai, Umesh Rai, Naresh Rai and Ramanand Rai. Petitioner is only alleged to be order giver. Petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
