Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not committed any forgery. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
