ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-11-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has given a representation (Annexure- P/7) dated 18.05.2022 ventilating his grievance and the same may be considered, however, the authority has not taken into consideration the amended policy and granted the benefits under the amended policy. Learned counsel has stated that the Respondent No. 4 may be directed to consider the said

Per contra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the representation made by the petitioner was already considered and all the amounts which were due to the petitioner were already paid and nothing remains to be done by the authority concerned. However, learned counsel has stated that a fresh representation may be given by the petitioner specifying the subsidies which he is entitled to under the amended policy and the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the parties. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation specifying the subsidies which he is entitled to under the amended policy within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order to the Respondent No. 4 and on such representation being given, the Respondent No. 4 shall verify and pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any order passed by the authority shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
