Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 784 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Section 20 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that 08 grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2018. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the minuscule quantity of the seized item and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79590 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 784 of 2018.
