Petitioner seeks bail in Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365 Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302, 201 and 120(B) of I.P.C. are also added.

In the written report, it is alleged that 22 years old son of the informant was missing since 12.02.2018. During investigation, dead body of son of the informant was recovered and Section 302 Indian Penal Code was added.

Petitioner is not named in the written report. Dead body of son of the informant was recovered on 25.02.2018. On the basis of information of spy, name of brother of the petitioner and others have appeared. Thereafter, petitioner was arrested by

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 27.02.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, V, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikot P.S.
