Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 504, 385, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on 19.07.2022, at 8:00 P.M., F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner and 12-15 unknown persons came and assaulted the informant and took away the Thela of snacks and breakfast which was the only source of his survival.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that no occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has ever taken place. Moreover, no specific overt act has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in Danapur P. S. Case No. 712 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
