ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-12-2024 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the State Grievance Redresasal Committee, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

2. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of four weeks from today.

The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation/complaint made by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above said directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
