2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.
3. As per prosecution case, daughter of informant, namely Sandhya Kumari, got married to one Ranjeet Kumar in May, 2023 and after eight months of marriage, Ranjeet Kumar died and at that point of time, Sandhya Kumari was pregnant of seven months. Thereafter, on 17.04.2024, she got married with co-accused Ajay Kumar. It is alleged that on 24.06.2024 at about 7 PM, while daughter of informant, namely Sandhya Kumari, was on way to house of her elder sister, all the accused persons including petitioner assaulted her brutally, due to which, during course of treatment, she died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner, who is Bhagina of husband of the deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 352 of 2024.
