2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, co-accused Nikki Singh made firing upon the informant in his stomach.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant himself has filed a petition stating that he did not see the person, who fired shot on him. It has been mentioned in the FIR that co-accused Nikki Singh has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 19-01-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76382 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 51564 of 2022 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
