It has been pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that in the cause title, as well as, in Paragraph No.1 of order dated 11.07.2025 due to inadvertence, name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the name of the learned counsel for the Respondents have incorrectly been typed as :

'For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Prince Kumar Mishra, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s: Mr.Rajan Prakash, AC to GA 2"

3. Considering the aforesaid typographical mistake, which has arisen in the Cause Title and Paragraph No.1 of order dated 11.07.2025, the same is rectified and substituted by as follows : - "For the Petitioner : Mr. Vikash Kumar Jha, Advocate For Municipal Corporation, Samastipur : Mr. Prince Kumar Mishra, Advocate For the State : Mr. Akhileshwar Singh, AC to GA 2"

4. Other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Order dated 11.07.2025 is modified to the above extent.
