Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 02.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38202/2018, which was modified by order dated 05.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45839/2018 with regard to correction of village name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the aforesaid order period for surrender was not extended. He makes prayer to give four weeks further time to surrender in court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.523 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Four weeks' further time from date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below. It is further submitted that earlier in order dated 05.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45839/2018 in para 2 inadvertently in place of "Bari Gulni", "Bari Gulmi" has been typed. The same be read as "Bari Gulni".
