2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyan Bigha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in Biharsharif/concerned Court below in connection with Kalyan Bigha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024.
