The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 494 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6672 of 2019) registered for offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.07.2019.
