Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-10.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State straightaway draws the attention of the Court to AnnexureP/7 at Page-23 of the writ application, i.e., order dated 17-82022 in CWJC No. 3684 of 2021 (Saroj Kumari vs the State of Bihar & Ors.). The learned State counsel submits that it appears that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court against the order of termination, which is impugned in the instant writ petition also. It is next submitted that this Hon'ble Court disposed of CWJC No. 3684 of 2021 by order dated 17-8-2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.18643 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 with a direction to the petitioner that if she is aggrieved by the subsequent action of the authorities in terminating her services, she is free to prefer an appeal before the concerned District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority as the case may be in terms of the judgement dated 23-2-2022 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) 3.

The learned State counsel next submits that it appears that the petitioner, instead of moving before the concerned forum in terms of the order dated 17-8-2022 in CWJC No. 3684 of 2021, has again moved before this Court by filing the instant writ petition.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to raise all issues before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.
