At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for determination of the issues raised in this writ petition i.e., the order of termination of the petitioner from service as well as for payment of his salary for the period from June, 2018 onwards.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate
