Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Harsidhi PS Case No.472 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 323, 308, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners have assaulted the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the occurrence took place in a scuffle between the children of the parties and moreover the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70418 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 impugned order itself shows that the injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi PS.Case No.472 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
