JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No. 167 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of IPC. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased. Case is of dowry death. There is allegation of demand of dowry and they have strangulated the deceased. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. The death is due to hanging. He is in custody since 01.08.2019. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70107 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
