JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That the petitioner above named craves for indulgence of this Hon'ble Court by way of issuance of any appropriate order / orders, direction /directions or writ/writs, preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to grant the petitioner scale of Super Selection Grade of pay for the post of Assistant Director Research & Investigation Organization Wing,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16257 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 2/2 Department of Road Constructions w.e.f.
date of his entitlement alongwith all its consequential monetary benefits with revision of pay as also his pension and arrears thereof, as the same scale has already been granted to some of the similarly situated as well as even junior and retired much subsequent person to the petitioner, but the case of the petitioner has illegally and dishonestly been discriminated. And/or any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
