The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2022 in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 353, 186, and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he is in custody since 13.07.2022, this application for regular bail is allowed.
