Petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 482 of 2018 for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471,/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that in the examination of Railway Recruitment Board, Grade-D, the Central Superintendent of Examination reported that petitioner entered examination centre with admit card of Md. Rashid. This petitioner was apprehended as there was suspicion after comparison of the photo affixed on the admit card with the examinee.

Considering the fact that petitioner has made attempt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.483 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 to impersonate Mr. Rashid and he is in custody since 11.10.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 482 of 2018.
