2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 305, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners along with another is of killing the sister of the informant
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They have committed no offence. The petitioners are agnates of the informant and accused have falsely been implicated due to village party politics. The petitioners are labourers women and

From the perusal of the FIR as well as Postmortem report itself, it is clear that the deceased herself committed suicide and she was got down after broken the door by grandfather of the deceased as well as by the villagers caused of death is Asphyxia from ligature hanging. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. They are languishing in judicial custody since 22.06.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody as well as petitioners being a lady, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 282 of 2022.
