Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact, petitioner never demanded any dowry or tortured the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019.
