The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.237 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the recovery of ten liters country made liquor from a place from where the petitioner is alleged to have escaped on seeing the police party, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the same shall be considered on its own merits without being
