The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 10872 of 2018 arising out of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 583 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody since 16.11.2018.
