JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 874 of 2018 (Special Case No. 10315 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37 © and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2018 with regard to seizure of two litres of country made Mahua liquor.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
