Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.281 of 2019, GR.No.1788 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is allegation that the informant loaded maize of Rs.5,93,730/- in a Truck and that Truck disappeared and later on name of the driver, owner and the petitioner has been suspected to have their hands in that. Petitioner is later on made accused on the basis of the confessional statement.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against him and owner

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be releas2019ed on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.281 of 2019, G.R. No.1788 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
