Petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No.251 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is already in jail. A joint compromise petition has been filed in the Court below.

From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
