The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 250 of 2019 but she could not surrendered before the court below within the time prescribed due to her illness and petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 16.09.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarge on regular bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on
