1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of command/ commands, direction/ direction, order/ orders to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made over Plot No. 938, Revenue Thana No. 75, Khata No. 127, situated at Village- Maduahan Mal, which is a Gair Majarua Aam Land/Public Road and has been encroached by the Respondent No. 6, by putting hut over it and keeping Naad as also dung of animals over it.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
