JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.5.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 18400 of 2019 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with certain condition.

However, submission has been made on behalf of petitioner that she could not appear in the court within time as she was in family way.

Considering the submission as well as averment made in the petition, this application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and the other conditions as mentioned in the order dated 3.5.2019 shall remain intact.
