The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Wakil Yadav has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cri. Misc. No. 71087 of 2018. Specific allegation of commission of murder and assault is against coaccused Awadh Yadav. Considering the fact aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79501 of 2018(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Manjhagarh Police Station Case No. 192 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
