The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.07.2019.
