Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 414, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The seizure list mentions that the alleged recovery has been made from the premises of Warisnagar police station. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74232 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-cum-Munsif, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
