The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Maner P.S. Case No.552 of 2018 registered under Sections 308, 323, 504, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was irrigating the field both the petitioners came and abused the informant and assaulted his younger brother.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that younger brother of the informant received injuries of three lacerated wounds which are superficial and simple in nature. On account of land dispute, the occurrence took place. Considering the fact that occurrence took place due to land dispute and on account of assault younger brother of the

Nutan Kumari, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.552 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
