31-07-2023 Earlier, vide order dated 06.07.2023, both cases were referred to Mediation Centre of Patna High Court and both parties were directed to appear before the Mediator on 20th July, 2023.

2. In this regard, a report of Mediator has been received and kept at flag 'A'. On perusal of the same, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through process of mediation with certain terms and conditions, which are as follows:

"A. Both parties i.e. petitioner Amit Singh (in Cr.Misc. No. 74511 of 2022) and daughter of informant are living together as husband and wife since last three months with full dignity and honour and both are agreed upon to live together as husband and wife in future.

B. Both parties accepted that due to matrimonial dispute and on the instigation of others, Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 100 of 2022 and Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022 were lodged by the parties and now the matter has been settled. C. Both parties agreed upon to withdraw both the cases pending before the concerned Court below within one month."

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Amit Singh @ Amit Kumar (in Cr.Misc. No. 74511 of 2022) and petitioners namely Poonam Devi and Bittu Kumar (in Cr.Misc. NO. 18733 of 2023), in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022 / Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 100 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that petitioners of both the cases shall abide by the terms & conditions of the agreement arrived at between them before the Mediator.
